ParentPass Concierge members can request additional services beyond their included membership benefits. Add-on services are available for an additional fee and must be requested and approved in advance.
Additional Child Add-On
Recurring Monthly Charge
Need transportation for more than one child? Add a sibling to your ParentPass membership for one convenient monthly fee. The Additional Child Add-On allows an eligible sibling to receive transportation services under the family's active ParentPass membership.
Additional children are subject to the applicable membership package's trip limits, scheduling requirements, service area, and transportation policies. Each additional child must be approved and have all required authorization, emergency contact information, and onboarding documents completed before transportation services begin.

Grocery Pickup
$25We'll pick up your grocery order and bring it to your requested destination.
Pharmacy Pickup
$20Convenient pharmacy pickup when you need an extra hand.
Package Returns
$20We'll handle eligible package returns so you don't have to make the trip.
Snack Stop
Food Cost + $15Need a quick snack or refreshment? We'll make the stop for you. The cost of the food is charged separately from the $15 service fee.
Waiting Fee
$1 / min after 15 minThe first 15 minutes of waiting time are included. A $1 per-minute fee applies after the first 15 minutes.
Weekend Pickup
+$30Weekend transportation or pickup service is available for an additional $30.
Holiday Pickup
+$55Holiday transportation or pickup service is available for an additional $55.
Please note: All add-on services are subject to availability and must be requested and approved in advance. The Additional Child Add-On is a recurring monthly charge added to your membership. All other add-on charges are one-time or usage-based fees billed separately from your monthly membership subscription.
