Select Essential, Plus, Premium, or Elite — then customize with add-ons like additional trips, sibling coverage, or concierge errands.

Electronically sign your Parent Membership Agreement, Transportation Authorization, and Safety Acknowledgment.

We verify your service area, route availability, and schedule compatibility. You'll hear from us within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, complete your enrollment fee and first month via our secure Stripe checkout.

Payment is only collected after your application is reviewed and approved by our team.

Can I change my plan after joining?

Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or add/remove add-ons at any time from your member portal.

What if my schedule changes?

Contact your dedicated support team or update your schedule directly in the member portal.
